Guarantee & Policy:

We guaranteed live arrival of your birds.
Live arrival guaranteed will be voided if you fail to pick-up the birds immediately upon arrival.
All sales are final on pick-up or delivery.
Absolutely no exchanges or refunds.
We have no control over the birds after leaving our facility.
We will not be responsible for any problems not apparent at the time of pick-up or delivery.
Not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
Imperfects are sold AS-IS and will be noted in advance.
Orders under $600.00 please add $45.00 for handling.
Pairs if possible.
Bird(s) sex not guaranteed.

Sexing:
There is a $35.00 charge added per bird if customer request sexing.

Veterinary certificate:
If veterinary certificate is required there is a $35.00 charge added per bird.

Payment:
We accept Bank check, money order, VISA & MC, cash advance, wire transfer or PayPal.
Made payable to THE FEATHERED WAGON.

If you order birds in advance:
ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 50% DEPOSIT .
( nonrefundable if order is cancel by customer )
( refundable if birds are not available )

Shipping:
We will ship via airlines anywhere in the continental U.S.
The purchaser pays for all shipping cost.
There will be a $20.00 charge for all shipping boxes as of January 1, 2016
